What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year recruiting in tech, gaming, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- A good understanding of IT roles and development processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- (Plus) Interest in gaming or familiarity with the gaming ecosystem.
What will you do at SuperPlay?
Find & attract top talent:
- Proactively source developers, engineers, artists, and other IT pros;
- Use job boards, social media, networking, events, and your own creativity to bring great people into our pipeline.
Partner with our teams:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand what they're looking for in terms of skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Build strong relationships across the studio so the entire hiring process feels smooth and collaborative.
Evaluate candidates thoughtfully:
- Run interviews and assessments to understand each candidate’s technical level, potential, and overall fit.
- Share clear, helpful feedback with hiring managers so decisions are fast and informed.
Own the full recruitment process:
- Manage the end-to-end process, from sourcing to offers and hand-off to onboarding.
- Keep candidates updated and ensure they have a great experience throughout the journey.
Stay on top of industry trends:
- Keep an eye on market shifts, tech trends, and what other gaming studios are doing in the talent space.
- Use your insights to help us continuously improve how we hire.
