What will you do in SuperPlay?

  • Managing Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Teams
  • Responsible for the company’s financial statements, including Monthly/Quarterly/Annually closing process and preparation of the consolidated financial statements and relevant working papers
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with global and local tax related policies and implement related processes
  • Lead the company’s SOX implementation
  • Implementing, enforcing, and assessing internal control policies and procedures
  • Hiring, training and retaining competent accounting staff
  • Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced accounting director, which will be responsible for leading all accounting and tax & payroll matters of the company, consolidated reports (Accounting & KPIs) and foreign subsidiaries’ accounting functions, including timely and accurate reporting of all financial reports and statements in accordance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.

The desired candidate is passionate, detailed oriented, proactive with great personality and managerial skills that build and manage large finance team.

Required Education

● CPA

● Second degree in relevant fields - Advantage.

Experience

● Graduate from one of the big 4 accounting firms in Israel – Mandatory.

● At least 7 years of experience in the Hi-Tech Industry – Mandatory.

● Proven experience in building and managing accounting teams – Mandatory

● Public traded company’s – Advantage

Required Professional Knowledge and Experience

● Experience with quarterly and annually reporting requirements according to US GAAP.

● Experience with global High-Tech companies’ financial processes and reporting
