We are seeking an experienced and driven Server Developer to join our development team. As a Server Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building robust backend systems and game features, ranging from databases and server logic to network communication and client backend integration. You will collaborate closely with other developers and designers to meet the fast-paced demands of the mobile games industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design and build backend systems and game features, including databases, server logic, network communication, and client backend integration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with game features.
• Optimization: Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Technical Challenges: Pursue and tackle technical challenges in the development of gaming server systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve backend development processes.

• Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in C#

- 5+ years of backend/server development experience

- Experience with networking and async programming

• Database Skills:

- Experience in SQL, DDL, query planning, and general database architecture

- Experience with caching systems, specifically Redis and MySQL

- Experience with ElasticSearch

• Platform Proficiency:

- Experience developing for the Linux platform

- Experience working with Docker

- Experience working with Git and GitHub

• Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on the AWS platform

- Experience with a mobile game with a strong server component

• Soft Skills:

- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and projects

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
