What will you do in SuperPlay?

  • As the Team Lead, you will be guiding the team's development and significantly impacting our product's success.
  • Lead and mentor a production team of Unity developers, QA and TA collaborating with various departments to discuss technical requirements of the features and mechanics.
  • Ensure our applications' best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness under your team's supervision.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth gameplay on diverse mobile devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, best practices, and industry trends, and encourage continuous improvement within the development process.

Requirements

Location: Poland

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Unity development and C# programming.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on well-known mobile or AAA game titles.
  • Proficiency in using Unity tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline, async.
  • Knowledge and experience in optimizing memory and space usage.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols and socket programming.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
  • Excellent profiling, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to guide and motivate your team to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong code review skills.
  • Strong knowledge of scrum methodologies, planning, and estimation techniques.
