What will you do in SuperPlay?
We’re seeking an organized, highly motivated, and dedicated bookkeeper to join our growing finance team at SuperPlay.
- Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoice
- Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card activities
- Oversee AR, including invoice issuance and reconciliations
- Responsible for travel & employee reimbursements
- Support the monthly payments process and maintain the approval flow
- Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
- Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities
Requirements
- Certified bookkeeper type 2/3
- Strong office skills especially Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite
- At least 5 years of experience in Hi-Tech companies
- High-level English
- Detailed-oriented, highly organized and structured
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
