What will you do in SuperPlay?

We're seeking our first Legal Counsel to lead our legal infrastructure at SuperPlay

We're looking for a passionate, highly motivated individual with a business-oriented, out-of-the-box approach to build our legal infrastructure in the gaming industry.

  • Build the legal infrastructure - Streamline operation while overseeing and managing the company’s E2E legal processes.
  • Work with cross company functions (HR, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, Security, IT, etc.)
  • Advice and recommendation to various stakeholders concerning legal and business matters, including labor law, disputes, ongoing legal risk evaluations, and debt based funding facilities.
  • Develop, update, and optimize standard templates, operational procedures, and internal policies.
  • Draft, assess, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, encompassing facilities agreements, business collaborations, service agreements, order forms, licenses, and associated documentation with suppliers, business partners, and customers.
  • Implement and establish legal and compliance processes to minimize cross company’s risk and esure business adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Engage with external law firms when and where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law licensed to practice law in Israel.
  • At least 5 years of relevant legal commercial experience in a commercial/Hi-tech department of a leading law firm and in-house legal counsel in a high-tech company.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Business orientation and can do approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during different time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Hebrew communication skills.
  • Experience in the gaming industry- Advantage
