What will you do in SuperPlay?
As a Monetization QA Engineer, you will be part of the Monetization Operations Team. You will create, manage, and test day-to-day in-game activities by working closely with our in-house Back End system and coordinating between Monetization, Art, Economy, Product, and R&D departments to make things happen:
- Configure, Validate and ensure the smooth execution of promotions, features, Live events, and A/B testing, end to end on a daily basis.
- Creating pricing configurations, managing assets, segmentation, etc.
- Manage technical requests from all departments.
- Conduct cross-platform manual testing (Android, iOS) including gameplay features, tools, and user flows.
- Writing test case documentation (STD, STP).
- Reproduce complicated bugs and Manage tickets with specific, clear descriptions through JIRA.
- Investigate Production live issues from our customer support team by monitoring user data logs.
- Working in cross-functional teams, including Unity game developers and back-end developers.
- Coordinate between all departments to implement promotions according to the Monetization calendar while understanding all business needs deeply.
- Monitoring Production alerts, Logs, and Daily KPIs.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- First degree in a technical field, such as Information Systems/Computer Science or similar.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as QA or Technical Operations Manager.
- Strong technical skills.
- Autodidact with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Extensive experience with the flow and behavior of games in general and mobile games in particular.
- Excellent control of MS Office/Google Doc tools.
- High attention to detail and organized mindset.
- English proficiency both spoken and written.
- Ability to work from the office in Kiev and work off-hours if needed.
- Problem solver with the drive to improve and continuously learn.
- Analytic thinking and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Sharp, assertive hands-on go-getter, who thrives under pressure and never shies away from hard work.
