  • Partner with internal stakeholders (such as Internal Systems, Accounting, and Legal) to support process improvement efforts.
  • Adapt transfer pricing tools and processes to business changes.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing implementation.

  • Professional experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and retrieving data from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Smart View for Office), creating Alteryx workflows, and using transfer pricing calculation engines.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills coupled with strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities across different functional areas and cultures.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and humility.

Preferred qualifications:

  • An advanced degree or professional qualification in tax, accounting, economics or law (CPA, JD, LLM).
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment.
  • Industry experience at a multinational organization; experience working in technology, payments, or financial services is a plus.
  • Familiar with SQL and writing SQL queries.
  • Experience using AI technologies, and familiar with building AI agents to automate finance functions and/or workflows.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools for managing agreements.
  • Experience deploying Asana to manage projects.

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
