- Solve problems: Drive execution on complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives. You'll be the key leader responsible for solving systemic issues, managing dependencies, and collaborating with senior counterparts in Product, Design, and other orgs to deliver results.
- Be meticulous in your craft: Uphold and advance the bar for your function. Instill a culture of operational excellence, meticulous craftsmanship, and rigorous thinking.
- Users first: Partner closely with users, product managers, and other leaders to define your organization's roadmap and ensure your teams are building for the long-term needs of Stripe's users.
- Drive Quantifiable Impact: Define, own, and report on the key metrics for your organization. You will be directly accountable for your teams' impact and its measurable contribution to broader business goals (e.g., user adoption, system reliability, and product-market fit).
