About the team
Stripe’s global demand campaigns team delivers marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our products and solutions worldwide. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, our campaigns support Stripe’s larger business objectives and deliver measurable results. Using a broad suite of metrics, we continuously measure our work and refine our strategies to improve outreach, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth for the organization.
What you’ll do
In this role, you'll build and deliver customer marketing campaigns that drive growth and adoption of Stripe’s solution offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, improve retention, and prevent churn.
You’ll work closely across fellow marketing teams, customer success, sales, and more to audit and document the customer journey. You will build and deliver both targeted and scaled global campaigns targeting Stripe’s install base at every stage of the customer lifecycle. You’ll use your deep marketing campaign expertise to employ various tools, channels, content, and programs that drive customer usage, expansion, retention, and renewals. You’ll capture performance at each stage of the lifecycle, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and increase revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver campaign strategies that drive expansion, retention, and renewals within Stripe’s customer base - Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies, managing campaigns and content across various channels.
- Analyze customer segmentation - Use data analysis to segment audiences effectively, ensuring tailored campaigns for different customer personas and lifecycle stages.
- Audit the customer lifecycle - Regularly assess and audit the customer lifecycle to identify gaps and opportunities, optimizing touchpoints to enhance customer experience and journey flow.
- Create content and messaging strategy - Build and champion messaging and content that resonates with customers at each stage of the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales goals. Partner across relevant functions to develop and connect campaign assets and programs.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work with sales, customer success, regional and partner marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, and other stakeholders to align messages and programs ensuring a positive, connected customer experience.

Minimum requirements
8+ years of work with demonstrated increasing scope and responsibility
- 8+ years of marketing expertise that includes campaigns, content, and lifecycle marketing
- Proven analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Relentless focus on users and delivering positive experiences based on their unique needs
- Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
- Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions
- Experience with building and delivering customer lifecycle, demand generation, and/or breadth marketing campaigns
- Expertise in working with sales and customer success
The annual US base salary range for this role is $180,600 - $271,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
