As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain core infrastructure platforms that accelerate product development across the organization. You'll create scalable APIs, reusable infrastructure-as-code solutions, libraries and developer tooling that enables product teams to ship faster while maintaining reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK) and building reusable, scalable platform components

  • API Platform Development: Expertise in designing and implementing API gateways, service mesh architectures, and developer-facing APIs that enable self-service capabilities

  • Go Development: Strong proficiency in Go for building high-performance microservices, CLI tools, and platform automation systems

  • Observability & Monitoring: Experience implementing comprehensive telemetry solutions using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, or similar platforms for distributed systems monitoring.

  • Developer Experience: Experience building internal tools, SDKs, and documentation that improve developer productivity and reduce time-to-market

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation

  • Infrastructure & Tooling Development: Track record of building and maintaining production-grade platform services, developer tools, and infrastructure automation using Go and infrastructure-as-code practices

  • Large-Scale Systems: Hands-on experience designing and operating distributed platforms that serve high-traffic services with strong reliability and performance requirements

  • Developer Experience Focus: Prior experience working closely with product engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into platform capabilities and self-service tools

  • Ownership & Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of platform initiatives, work autonomously, and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-growth technology environments

  • Platform Development: Design and build scalable APIs, developer tools, and infrastructure services that accelerate product team velocity and reduce operational overhead

  • Cloud Architecture: Design and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability while maintaining security and compliance standards

  • Observability & Monitoring: Implement comprehensive telemetry solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring tools to provide visibility into platform health, performance, and usage metrics

  • Mentorship & Innovation: Guide junior engineers in platform engineering practices while continuously evaluating and adopting new technologies that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity
