The Business Analyst contributes to Stori's competitiveness through the access and analysis of strategic and sensitive business information. This role is responsible for validating the accuracy of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that operational logic is correctly applied, serving as a trusted filter for management decision-making.

Their work is fundamental to maintaining the quality of the dashboards, guaranteeing that our users' knowledge is always based on reliable data and correct processes.

Desired Knowledge:

  • Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • Basic or intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Introductory knowledge of A/B testing and basic statistical concepts.

  • Interest in learning forecasting techniques and sensitivity analysis.

  • Ability to analyze data and convert it into clear and actionable insights.

  • Interest in fintech business models, especially in credit and deposits.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in roles related to data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis (experience in credit, consulting, or banking is a plus).

  • Ability to execute analysis with supervision and learn to prioritize high-impact tasks.

  • Experience in dynamic and fast-growing environments is a plus.

  • Analyze databases to understand customer behavior and business performance, using SQL and visualization tools.

  • Build and maintain reports for tracking business metrics.

  • Support the design and execution of A/B tests and basic statistical analysis.

  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Data Science, and Operations teams on analytical initiatives.

  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, with guidance from the supervisor.

  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes, products, or metrics based on data analysis.

  • Validate that product logic is correctly applied and ensure discretion in handling internal methodologies and high-impact business data.

  • Supervise and certify the quality of extracted information, ensuring that reports faithfully reflect the company’s financial and operational status.

  • Participate in the validation of critical internal processes to safeguard the "know-how" of Stori's operations.
