As a Strategic PMO, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives that fuel Stori’s growth. This is not a traditional project management role — it’s a strategic operator position focused on bringing new solutions to life through partnerships, integrations, and scalable go-to-market execution.

You will act as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring that complex initiatives move from idea to launch to scale, delivering measurable impact on user growth and business performance.

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end coordination of high-impact, cross-functional growth initiatives from concept through execution and scale.
• Define initiative scope, success metrics, milestones, and accountability frameworks from day one.
• Lead the execution of new solutions developed through commercial, technology, and financial partnerships.
• Design scalable playbooks to replicate successful partnerships across new partners or markets.
• Identify and remove structural blockers that slow down execution or limit scalability.
• Design and implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to maximize user growth, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
• Monitor performance of strategic initiatives using dashboards and data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, aligning teams on progress, risks, and trade-offs.

• Have successfully coordinated or owned complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to scale.
• Bring strong business judgment and the ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans.
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with evolving priorities.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity while driving clarity.
• Have business-level proficiency in English.

• Have experience in fintech, banking, or regulated consumer platforms.
• Have managed commercial or technology partnerships end-to-end.
• Have worked closely with Product and Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Understand unit economics, monetization strategies, and growth levers in digital businesses.
• Are familiar with tools such as Jira, dashboards, or operational tracking systems.
• Hold an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
