We are seeking a Product Leader 2 to join and help shape the AI Acceleration Squad. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role that sits at the intersection of Product Management, AI implementation, and process transformation. You will be key in defining, building, and scaling automations and AI-powered tools that directly impact Stori’s processes, efficiency, and revenue as well as building agentic solutions that help our Product teams.

You are not just a Product Manager, you are an AI builder and problem solver who understands how to apply LLMs, automation tools, and agentic frameworks to real business problems. You thrive in ambiguous environments, can quickly earn the trust of cross-functional stakeholders, and are excited about helping both technical and non-technical teams unlock the power of AI and automation.

Your success will be measured by tangible business outcomes: processes automated, time and resources saved, adoption rates, and the quality of the internal agents and copilot integrations you help deliver. You will also help prototype the concept of the Full Stack Builder within the organization.

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on Gen AI, automation, or internal tooling products.

  • Demonstrated track record of launching AI or automation solutions in production, not just prototypes.

  • Experience doing in-depth discovery to deeply understand and improve business processes and activities.

  • Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating AI tools for specific job families or business functions.

  • Experience with agentic coding tools like Codex and Claude Code.

  • Experience designing and building AI Agents that integrate to multiple APIs and data bases is a plus.

  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and experience using Cursor IDE is a plus.

  • Background in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus.

  • Advanced Product Management fundamentals — discovery, prioritization, KPI definition, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap execution.

  • Automation and workflow tools such as N8N — and how to use them to redesign business processes.

  • AI prototyping and no-code/low-code tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or V0.

  • Generative AI concepts and ecosystem — LLMs, context engineering, AI agents, RAG, function calling, and prompt injection defense.

  • LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar, and how to apply them to real product use cases.

  • Familiarity with model gateways (e.g., AWS Bedrock) and concepts like observability, guardrails, and AI governance.

  • Basic programming literacy, particularly Python, to prototype solutions, test model behavior, and engage deeply with technical teams.

  • Embed yourself within teams across the company (such as Legal, Product, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to identify, diagnose, and reimagine their most manual and high-impact workflows using AI and automation tools.

  • Lead discovery and solutioning for AI Acceleration initiatives end-to-end: from stakeholder interviews and process mapping to prototyping, piloting, and scaling solutions.

  • Help evaluate, select, and integrate AI copilots for specific job families — connecting them to Stori's internal APIs, databases, and systems to make them genuinely useful in context.

  • Co-build internal agents alongside Product and Engineering teams to support functions like Voice of Customer, User Research and Compliance, reducing cycle times and increasing team leverage.

  • Define and track KPIs for each initiative, consistently demonstrating ROI and business value to senior stakeholders.

  • Serve as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, translating what's possible with GenAI into clear, prioritized product requirements.

  • Stay current on the evolving landscape of GenAI, automation tools, and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Lovable, Figma Make, V0) and proactively identify new opportunities for the squad.

  • Contribute to Stori’s long-term Generative AI vision.
