What we’re looking for:5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations and Experience teams to deliver seamless hiring and onboarding journeys.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with organization, speed, and precision.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation excellence.
A strong process mindset: you create clarity and structure.
Strategic thinking: you understand how hiring impacts performance, engagement, and retention.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
High empathy and professionalism in candidate and internal interactions.
Experience working with ATS platforms and structured interview methodologies.
Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation standards.
Experience integrating AI tools into recruitment workflows.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Own full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer stage.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define success profiles, competencies, and structured evaluation criteria.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies (direct outreach, referrals, job boards, talent mapping).
Deliver an exceptional, inclusive, and respectful candidate experience across every interaction.
Act as the guardian of the hiring journey, ensuring alignment between employer brand, hiring standards, and company culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operation and Experience teams to ensure seamless transitions from offer to onboarding.
Analyze candidate feedback and process metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity within the ATS.
Provide structured progress updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Continuously refine recruiting workflows, documentation standards, and compliance practices.
Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Support recruitment for SPEI-related roles, ensuring strict documentation accuracy and adherence to evaluation standards.
