The Senior Business Analyst acts as a representative of the institutional strategy, with access to proprietary methodologies and profitability models. They are responsible for supervising the consistency of business rules and acting as a technical filter that ensures the confidentiality of strategic information against third parties and operational areas.
They work autonomously with cross-functional teams and serve as an analytical reference for Product, Finance, Operations, and Data Science, ensuring that decisions are well-founded and aligned with company objectives.
Desired Knowledge:
Advanced mastery of SQL for extraction, modeling, and analysis of large data volumes using Excel/Sheets and Python.
Solid experience with data visualization tools (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and applied statistics.
Practical knowledge of forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to structure complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
Knowledge of data modeling and data quality best practices.
(Desirable) Knowledge in Collections
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or business intelligence roles (experience in digital banks, credit, consulting, or banking is highly valued).
Ability to work independently, prioritizing initiatives with the highest business impact.
Experience in fast-growing environments, high ambiguity, and multi-team settings.
Experience in stakeholder management and advanced communication in English.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large volumes of data to discover patterns in customer behavior and business performance using tools like SQL and Amazon QuickSight.
Design and execute A/B tests and statistical models to evaluate strategic and product initiatives.
Develop forecasting and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning.
Build dashboards and clear data narratives for technical and executive audiences.
Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data Science to drive data-driven decisions.
Mentor and guide more junior analysts.
Information Access:
Handle internal information and participate in the verification of key processes, directly contributing to Stori's competitiveness.
Perform deep diagnostics on inbound flows and customer identifier behavior (user ID, full name, Credit Bureau, third-party financial info, device data, Stori product usage; financial info such as transactions, balance, debt status, applied interest rates, rewards generated, etc.) to design strategies that optimize the conversion funnel and maximize user onboarding efficiency.
Use transactional data to understand consumption patterns by segment and generate strategic findings, using deep data analysis to guide the design of tactics that maximize profitability.
Access to profitability models by segment, operational cost structures, and growth projections that constitute the organization's industrial secrets.
Direct supervision of the institutional measurement architecture, ensuring the integrity of data that impacts strategic planning and investor relations.
Sensitive customer information and transactional flows used for designing retention tactics and risk prevention.
