We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to define and execute our DevOps strategy, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our AWS cloud infrastructure. • DevOps Strategy and Planning:
  
  

Define and execute the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap to support the company's growth and scalability in the AWS cloud.

Collaborate with the leadership team to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless product delivery.

• AWS Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our 100% AWS cloud infrastructure. Design, implement, and manage automated AWS services for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling resources. Implement best practices for security, compliance, and cost optimization in the cloud environment.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Lead the development and maintenance of efficient CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment. Ensure code deployments are reliable, repeatable, and efficient across development, staging, and production environments.
• Automation and Monitoring: Drive automation efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and security threats.
• Incident Response and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Conduct regular drills and exercises to validate the effectiveness of these plans.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and IT operations, to drive collaboration and ensure a smooth development process. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on the status of DevOps initiatives and projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in DevOps roles plus min (2+years) in cloud-based environment, preferably in AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS and others.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM roles, VPC, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must have at least one Associate level or above AWS certification(EX SAA, SAP, SDA, DEP, etc)
