We are looking to recruit a female* Senior Support Worker for a 24/7 support project for single women with complex, co-occuring needs, based in Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Applicants must have extensive experience of working with people who have complex needs.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager assisting with the general supervision, mentoring, coaching and assessment of the Support team to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred support service. You will act as an excellent role model encouraging clients to engage whilst supervising their conduct, health, safety & welfare.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.

Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for.
