In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and communicate the financial story of a high-growth fintech company making financial services more inclusive across Latin America. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will leverage your analytical prowess and communication expertise to deliver strategic insights and build compelling narratives that guide the company’s growth trajectory. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, a strong command of financial modeling, and the ability to distill complex data into influential presentations for senior stakeholders.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other advanced certifications are highly valued.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in business consulting, strategy, or advisory roles within top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
  • Investor and Board-Level Presentation Expertise: Proven experience developing high-stakes presentations, reports, and financial analyses for investors, board members, or senior leadership.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Mastery in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools that enhance storytelling.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to transform data into a cohesive narrative that highlights key business drivers and strategic opportunities.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, concise, and impactful presentations for executive and investor audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented and Highly Structured: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a meticulous approach to producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • International Perspective: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous in our global environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Investor and Board information: Support building the development of investor and board presentations, delivering clear and engaging insights on financial performance, growth strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic Insights & Financial Storytelling: Use data to uncover trends, support strategic initiatives, and craft narratives that link business performance with broader industry and market context, appealing to both financial and strategic audiences.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Lead in building sophisticated models to support strategic planning, business forecasting, and scenario analyses, ensuring that every recommendation is backed by data.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define and monitor KPIs, create real-time dashboards, and distill findings into reports that align with executive priorities, helping guide decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with finance, product, and operations teams, ensuring company-wide alignment on strategic priorities and financial objectives, and preparing for significant decisions impacting growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide high-value recommendations on initiatives such as new market entry, product investments, and operational efficiency that support our long-term strategy.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine processes to enhance the speed, accuracy, and impact of reporting, analysis, and presentation, contributing to a streamlined decision-making framework.
