The Role:

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Stori. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and processes.

Main responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Calculate and review Social Security fees.
  • Maange IDSE, SUA, Escritorio Virtual, Infonavit and Fonacot Portal.
  • Calculate and review Local taxes ( ISN).
  • Manage Saving Fund (Contributions and Discounts).
  • Calculate terminations.
  • Solve employee inquiries regarding Payroll.

Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports to the leader.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and other payroll-related activities.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Maintain and update payroll systems with employee data.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits related to payroll.

Key Activities:

  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
  • Calculate employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement contributions, and other deductions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll statements and reports to employees.
  • Handle payroll tax filings and payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and systems.
