As the Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into all aspects of the business.

• Professional Experience:
• Must have proven experience working in technology companies, demonstrating the ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in data analytics and data engineering knowledge and methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Data Lake, AWS, DBT, SQL, Python, Airflow, etc.
• Leadership and Management:
• Proven experience in leading and growing data analytics and engineering teams, with strong project management and engineering skills.
• Problem-Solving:
• Have a deep understanding of business processes and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. This includes the ability to analyze complex business problems, devise data-driven solutions, and effectively communicate actionable insights to stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics strategies that support financial and digital product growth and engagement and align with organizational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the data analytics and data engineer teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with technology, product, operations, and external partners to integrate data-driven insights into business processes.
• Tool Development: Develop and maintain data analytics platforms, processes, and dashboards to support decision-making. Develop and optimize data pipelines and data lake platforms to ensure high availability and performance, implementing solutions for scalability as data volumes grow.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
