The Telephone Line Operations Specialist is responsible for testing, maintaining, and optimizing the telephone lines and SMS services used by the company to ensure efficient operation and quick resolution of issues. This role requires close collaboration with the business development and technical teams, and it involves troubleshooting and integrating phone lines to ensure smooth interaction with the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone line operations or related communication system maintenance.
• Familiarity with telephony systems, call centers, SIP protocols, and other relevant technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related communication issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix issues under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
• Experience in integrating with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills for recording technical issues and resolution processes.
• Test and integrate new telephone lines, ensuring stability and high connection rates.
• Monitor the status of telephone lines and SMS services, identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
• Ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of telephone lines and SMS services with the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Dialer Engineer to optimize the performance and functionality of the lines.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues related to telephone lines.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate the introduction of new lines and resolve issues with existing ones.
• Document technical processes and solutions, maintaining detailed records of the system's performance and issue resolution.
• Conduct tests related to concurrency, connection rates, etc., based on business needs, and provide corresponding optimization recommendations.
