About The Network Team

The Network Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the company’s network infrastructure runs efficiently,

securely, and reliably. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s

network architecture, which includes LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks. Their primary goal is to

provide stable and high-performing network connectivity across all business locations, enabling seamless

communication and data exchange. The Network Team is critical to the overall success of the company’s

operations, ensuring all Stori operations, employees and business partners have access to a secure, fast, and

reliable network that supports business continuity and growth.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Network Engineer to join our Network infrastructure team. The

candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of data networks across the

company (cloud and on-premises) to ensure high performance, high availability and security. The candidate will

participate in On-Call roster to ensure continuous operation 24/7. This role is ideal for someone with medium-

senior networking experience looking to grow in complex networking environments You will be responsible for:

1- Network implementation and maintenance.

 Configure, manage, and monitor LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks to ensure optimal availability and

performance.

 Implement and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points along

with AWS cloud network services like VPCs, SGs, ELBs, Transit Gateways and so.

2- Incident Management and Troubleshooting.

 Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues, escalating as needed.

 Monitor network performance using diagnostic and analysis tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or

similar.

3- Security and Monitoring

 Implement and manage network security policies to protect against internal and external threats.

 Monitor network traffic and performance using advanced tools to proactively detect and resolve

issues.

 Ensure the network complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

4- Connectivity and Support.

 Provide secure and reliable remote connectivity for employees, contractors, and business partners.

 Support VPN and remote access solutions to facilitate work from different locations.

 Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems and applications within the network.

5- Innovation and Optimization.

 Continuously explore new networking technologies and trends (e.g., SD-WAN, automation,

virtualization) to improve network efficiency.

 Optimize network performance by tuning configurations, expanding capacity, and reducing latency.

6- Collaboration and Training.

 Maintain network infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and configuration logs.

 Support the implementation of network automation solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN networks,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and other

routing protocols.

  • Experience in configuring and managing networking equipment from at least one of the following

vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ubiquiti.

  • Knowledge of implementing network security policies and firewall management.
  • Advanced and fluent English communication.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Familiarity with Cloud network services in AWS including VPCs, SGs, ELB, Transit Gateways.
  • Hands-on Experience with Fortinet infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of scripting for network automation tasks (e.g., Python, Ansible).
  • Certifications such as CCNA , CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4 , AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalents
