Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. This individual will focus on partnering with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to drive deep insights into product performance, help model the economics of our product portfolio, and support strategic decision-making. As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior FP&A Manager will deliver value by enabling a clear understanding of financial outcomes and ensuring alignment of product strategies with the company's overall financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategy roles, ideally within fintech, tech, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, product economics, and unit economics.
  • Proven experience partnering with LOB stakeholders and delivering insights that drive business performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Experience in SaaS or product-driven businesses is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Partnership : Build strong relationships with LOB stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, to provide financial support and insight into product performance and profitability.
  • Product Performance Analysis : Develop and maintain comprehensive models to evaluate product performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and unit economics, ensuring key business drivers are well understood.
  • Product Economics Modeling : Partner with the business to create detailed product-level financial models to analyze and forecast product economics, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), margin analysis, and break even points.
  • Business Forecasting & Planning : Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Leverage data to generate actionable insights and present financial performance in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Recommendations : Provide recommendations on pricing, go-to-market strategies, product development investments, and other financial implications based on sound financial modeling and analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure alignment between product strategies and broader financial goals.
  • KPIs and Metrics : Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, unit economics, and profitability. Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and overall product performance management.
