  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an operations, program manager, product manager, or a similar role
  • Experience with data analysis, running basic SQL, and providing recommendations based on trends
  • Experience working with Product teams and understanding how product planning and improvement processes work
  • Prior experience collaborating with Operations teams
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and manage several concurrent projects
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to understand conversation data to identify trends, make decisions, and justify design choices
  • Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Product Managers, CRM, Operations Managers, Data and Business Analysts
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute challenges and shifting project priorities
  • Expertise in optimizing existing processes and designing new and better operating methods.
  • Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English in written and verbal form for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior management

As the Product Operations Manager for the Collections team, you will contribute to improving our recovery by maximizing the efficiency of our digital channels. This role works closely with product, data, analytics, and operational teams from the collections organization to design, prioritize, and deliver projects that improve the recovery of our credit products.

This role involves a high degree of stakeholder alignment, problem-solving, and an understanding of how to leverage data to make decisions. You will work on various projects, from designing experiments for a specific customer segment to helping prepare our collections operations and products for the launch of a new product.

As a Product Ops Manager, you will

  • Own the processes and design the blueprint for collections of our new products
  • Monitor collections performance proactively to identify and address process gaps and share insights that can lead to optimization opportunities. Double-click on variables to identify the root cause of the problem and work on designing and delivering a solution to it
  • Work closely with Business Analytics and CRM to design and implement our collections strategy for our customers
  • Lead and implement projects focused on maximizing recovery through digital channels and make sure our primary stakeholders are aligned with the goals and prepared for the implementation
  • Find new ways that we can make our collections strategy scalable to accommodate our growth
  • Communicate progress and key findings to stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Identify and share with our Product team potential improvement opportunities in our product and support the implementation of new features or systems
