  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as digital product manager, for mobile app, or digital product development, preferably in fintech, banking or related industries
  • Lead a cross-functional team of design, tech, analysts, content and others to identify, prioritize, and launch products or features that drive customer and business value
  • Learn the financial knowledge in a short amount of time, combine with the customer pain points, and convert into an ongoing product vision, to deliver the best digital value, in terms of product onboarding, credit education, and financial tools to our customers
  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap that solves customer needs and business objectives possibly spanning multiple product teams
  • Build a shared team vision and buy-in on priorities through written and verbal communication
  • Go deep on customer and product data to analyze and improve the performance of new product features
  • As a product owner, you own the roadmap and priorities for a tech team and are accountable for the outcomes of that team
  • Experience in cross-functional teams management to deliver customer experiences and digital
  • Experience on digital platforms for agile product development (Jira, Basecamp)

This position focuses on elevating the overall customer experience and service quality of the credit and loan payment experience. The primary objectives for this role are centered around getting users to pay their debt on time and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES). Current challenges include financial education, creating a seamless payment experience and making sure payments are reflected in real-time.

The Product Lead will need to be agile in their approach, continuously iterating on our products and services, and proactively identifying and addressing any pain points to enhance the overall customer journey. This role involves a high degree of problem-solving and a commitment to delighting our customers at every touchpoint as well as strong stakeholder management.

From defining the vision and owning the roadmap to executing it and monitoring key results, the Product Lead is the leader of the squad.

Leading a squad of a designer, and frontend and backend engineers, the Product Lead will prioritize and coordinate the team’s efforts. Day to day responsibilities include leading daily stand-up meetings to review progress and address blockers, regularly grooming and prioritizing the product backlog, and acting as the main liaison between the squad and stakeholders. The Product Lead leads sprint planning sessions, conducts user research to gather feedback, develops and presents the product roadmap, and collaborates closely with UX/UI designers and developers.
