The Role

As a Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services directly to customers in your designated city. Your primary focus is to build quick rapport and convince them about the benefits of utilizing our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients
  • Conduct and aid in product onboardings to showcase the features and benefits of our our products
  • Collaborate with teams to create customized sales materials to support lead conversion
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to company policies and procedure

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to commute within the assigned territory as neededed
