This role will have a tactical impact, will support to drive compliance and assure the correct Due Diligence of our commercial partners. You will partner with the Sourcing team, as well as FinOps and Internal Contol Mainly. You will build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders and have a solid understanding of the business and needs across departments. You will ensure usage of defined processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. Compliant Purchase-to Pay process, Procurement guidelines Policy & related policies) are followed on the business and improve the usage of the procurement tools.

You will
1. Oversees Compliance and Due Diligence for existing and new vendors.
2. Executes and Monitor the Implementation of the Compliance Watch.
3. Acts as responsible for Sourcing Vendor Mastar Data Audit.
4. Support IronClad´s Implementation owning the data entry of existing Contracts.
5. Reports and analyzes the current Vendor Agreements status.
6. Collaborates on the deployment of Project Phoenix (New Vendor Portal & PO Issuance Modules)

Requirements:

- Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Internacional Commerce
- Students from 6th semester or above

Soft Skills:

Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, ability to engage fast with the stakeholders on different level in the organization
