The Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager specializing in growing the acquisition and retention of our credit cards customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, increase new product and new feature adoption, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, digital products experience, customer understanding, analytical skills, and a deep expertise of the fintech industry.

The product marketing manager will lead the main customer understanding initiatives, product value proposition articulation to customers, go-to-market strategy and the marketing plan and growth strategy for our credit cards product.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with high bias towards action and execution, and with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing efforts.Monitor market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue targets.Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve growth strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our credit card products, targeting both existing customers and new prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and marketing messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, competitive landscape, and market trends relevant to credit card products.
  • Coordinate compelling marketing messages, including website content, email campaigns, social media content, and advertising materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our credit card offerings.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

Provide regular updates on progress and key metrics to senior leadership, including recommendations for improvements and areas of opportunity.

  • Define product and features go-to-market strategies and lead the execution of the go-to-market plan.
  • Define the acquisition channel strategy together with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in product marketing within the fintech or financial services industry, with a focus on credit card products.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, including features, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different audiences.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to challenge the status quo.
  • Go deep on customer and product data to analyze and improve the performance of new product features
  • Experience in cross-functional teams management to deliver customer experiences collaborating with product, engineering, design, marketing and growth teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of a range of online and offline media platforms.
  • Experience in the fintech or startup industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both english and spanish with the ability to create high-quality, strategy and tactic plans.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
