Jigri is a friendship and community-building app designed to create meaningful connections in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Our growing telecaller team plays a key role in engaging with users and building trust through authentic conversations. We are now looking for a female operations intern who will ensure that all conversations and interactions meet our quality, compliance, and brand standards.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of customer conversations handled by telecallers.
• Ensuring all interactions align with Jigri’s values, communication guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Assessing conversations for clarity, professionalism, and adherence to user safety standards.
• Identifying gaps or issues in communication and reporting them to the relevant teams.
