Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As a member of our Brand Partnerships team at STAN, you will be responsible for generating revenue by partnering with agencies, brand managers, and other ecosystem stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling monetization opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Reach out to various brands and pitch influencers.
● Pitch STAN’s offerings to potential partners and close high-impact revenue deals.
● Drive new business development and grow our existing sales pipeline.
● Work closely with internal teams (creator success, marketing, product) to deliver successful campaigns.
● Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights.
● Negotiate contracts, manage deal execution, and ensure partner satisfaction.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in environments such as: ○ Branding agencies
○ Sponsorship or event sales
○ Adtech or media/ad sales
● Proven track record of closing brands worth ₹5L or more.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
● A strong network in the influencer/creator/events ecosystem is a plus.
