As a Senior Product Designer at STAN, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our creator and fan ecosystems. From concept to execution, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and fellow designers to shape the user journey and build delightful interactions that convert and retain.

• Owning design across core product areas (Onboarding, Home, Creator Tools, Gifting, Collectibles, etc.)
• Translating product goals and user insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI.
• Creating interactive prototypes and testing them with real users to validate hypotheses.
• Partnering with PMs and devs to define specs, QA builds, and ship features with polish.
• Maintaining and evolving the design system in Figma.
• Continuously iterating based on feedback, analytics, and business needs.
• Contributing to a culture of feedback, design excellence, and user obsession.

We’re looking for a mid-level designer who can balance user empathy, product thinking, and execution speed.

• 3–5 years of experience in product/UI/UX design, preferably at high-growth B2C startups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking—from problem discovery to polished UI.
• Fluency in tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping platforms.
• Experience designing for mobile-first interfaces (Android/iOS), with a focus on conversion and engagement.
• Familiarity with working in agile environments and fast release cycles.
• Excellent communication skills—both visual and verbal.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle ambiguity with confidence.

• Have worked in gaming, social, or creator economy platforms.
• Know how to read product data and iterate upon UX.
• Have a keen eye for motion, micro-interactions, and gamification.
• Are comfortable working solo as well as in cross-functional squads.
