Role Description

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
• Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Manage multi country payments and MIS reporting
• Ensure PO, Invoice and provisions are accounted on a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as GST, TDS and international regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely month end and yearend close processes for accounts payable
• Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of work experience as a Finance executive, accountant or similar role.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
