Responsibilities:
- Acquire and work with new clients, nurture client relationships and work towards increasing revenue via upselling + cross selling to existing businesses
- Own and manage Company's P&L and drive business goals for the company in line with the company expectations.
- Drive the profitability and ROI, leading critical aspects such as client acquisition, brand solution development, end-to-end project management, and leading pitches for new and existing brands.
- Develop new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the organization’s goals and revenue targets
- Lead the ‘response to brief’ role and involve other stakeholders as and when required.
- Conduct negotiations, oversee and close contracts with brands; Leverage existing assets in influencers, application, website and on-board new partners to service brand partners' requirement
- Build relationships across all teams to ensure the required support is obtained to close briefs
- Lead the development and execution of innovative and impactful marketing strategies/campaigns, leveraging influencer marketing and other relevant channels to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in brand development and partnerships with proficiency in strategizing and ideating and have exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and partnership metrics
- Experience in the Gaming & Esports industry is a plus, but would not be a criterion for screening
- Have a methodical and thorough approach to work
- Be able to work with a minimum of supervision
