Deal Desk Manager
New York, NY, USA
USD 120k-150k / year + Equity
About the Role
This role sits at the center of our quote-to-cash motion. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM Systems to structure, review, and operationalize commercial deals — from pricing guidance and deal structure, to quote accuracy, approvals, and order form readiness.
It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems and bringing clarity to fast-moving deal cycles in a high-growth SaaS environment. As a founding member of this function in the US, you'll have direct influence over how Deal Desk operates, shaping policy, building the operational rhythm, and setting the strategic direction as Pigment scales.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.
