What you'll do
- Build, lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for the French market (Enterprise & Corporate).
- Establish leadership quickly within an existing team: motivate, set a high bar, and build strong day-to-day operating rhythms.
- Own performance management end-to-end (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly): targets, activity quality, coaching plans, and handling difficult conversations when needed.
- Drive change adoption in a fast-scaling environment (process updates, shifting priorities, new plays) and ensure the team stays aligned and effective through constant iteration.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and roll out tactical prospecting plays (messaging, sequencing, account/territory approach) and ensure consistent execution.
- Be a highly coachable leader: iterate quickly based on feedback, test new approaches, and help the team continuously improve.
- Track key KPIs and pipeline health; surface issues early and implement proactive, concrete corrective actions.
Who you are:
- 1+ year’s experience directly managing a team (BDR/SDR) in a fast-growing environment.
- Former quota-exceeding BDR; additional experience as an AE / full sales cycle is a plus.
- Strong people leadership: motivate the team, coach reps, manage performance, and handle difficult conversations.
- Highly metrics-driven: keep the team on track vs. daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly targets.
- Strong change-management skills: able to drive adoption in an environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities.
- Coachable leader: fast at implementing feedback and iterating on approach.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and common sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) to drive productivity.
- Fluent in French and English.
