We’re hiring a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale global programs that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our GTM teams.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; the individual will take high-priority GTM initiatives, and thanks to masterful cross functional alignment, turn them into efficient, field-ready programs that optimize teams’ understanding of:

  • A) what actually matters?
  • B) what is changing? And
  • C) how to effectively execute?

From launches and playbooks to learning pathways and AI-enabled workflows, you’ll design and collaborate on virtual, hybrid, and in-person Enablement experiences that elevate the field.

You’ll thrive in this role if you know how to bring structure to ambiguity, build trust across functions via precise verbal AND written communication, and turn complex ideas into practical action. To boot, compelling candidates will maintain acute awareness on how to defensibly measure the efficacy of their programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own GTM enablement programs from design through rollout, including planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, execution, and measurement

  • Support existing programs such as GTM Onboarding and GTM SKO with logistics, content management, and measurement

  • Translate product, marketing, and GTM priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable enablement for the various GTM personas (BDR, AE, SC, and CSM)

  • Build high-quality content and learning experiences, including role-specific playbooks, GTM competency hubs, e-learning pathways, AI role play simulators, and compelling All Hands forums

  • Develop AI-native workflows and scalable automation resources that optimize for learning, execution, and GTM productivity

  • Partner across Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Partners, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Enablement to ensure initiatives land consistently internally and externally

  • Leverage field feedback, pipeline signals, and performance data to continually improve programs

  • Refine and optimize teams decision-making by consistently contributing clarity and rigorous operational discipline

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Enablement or adjacent GTM roles, with a track record of successfully building end-to-end programs from zero to scale

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform businesses with complex, multi-motion go-to-market models

  • A strong program operator who can lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to adoption

  • Credible and confident communicator alongside senior stakeholders, with the judgment and presence to respectfully influence decisions while simultaneously earning trust

  • Experienced in leading and supporting GTM rollouts across global regions and GTM segments, including change management in how the field sells

  • Comfortable in ambiguity and able to make data-driven decisions without perfect information

  • Technically curious AND technically savvy, with strong product instincts to quickly understand new concepts that translate directly to the field

  • Fluent in pipeline dynamics, performance signals, and GTM vernacular, with the ability to justify taking deliberate actions from data-driven insights

  • Experienced using AI tools or building AI-driven workflows that improve enablement or GTM productivity

  • A strong verbal and written communicator who can simplify complexity and create clear, useful, and actionable content

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience in the EPM software space or other highly technical solutions

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region GTM teams

  • Familiarity with enablement, LMS, content management, or sales productivity tools such as LetterAI and Gong

  • Background in sales, product marketing, revenue operations, or sales strategy

  • Experience measuring enablement effectiveness and connecting programs to business outcomes
