This is a hybrid role based out of our newly opened Austin office. As an early member of our Austin hub, you will have a front-row seat to building our local culture while anchoring our North American GTM expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and attract top profiles for our GTM functions, by sourcing and proactive outreach after having identified the needs of team leaders and hiring managers.

  • Executing on multi-channel sourcing methodologies and headhunting strategies to engage passive and top-tier SaaS Talent.

  • Assess applications/potential interest, by managing candidates’ screening and by conducting pre-qualification interviews for the positions that will have been assigned to you.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience.

  • Manage and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders through coaching and sharing best-practices with all those involved in a process.

  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Optimization initiatives aimed at scaling our infrastructure and operating system as a Talent Acquisition team.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Function in a fast-growing environment and prior experience in go-to-market hiring in the Tech space.

  • You have strong headhunting skills and can pivot from ‘volume’ approaches to more retained search approaches as needed.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and getting hands-on.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to build strong relationships with candidates and employees. And able to act as a key brand ambassador.

  • You like productivity tools and you know how to manage and prioritize your tasks in a structured way.

  • You are curious, you like learning and working with autonomy.

  • You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.

  • You are analytical and rigorous, and have good attention to detail.

  • You excel in challenging and fast paced environments.

  • AI-savvy and tech-forward.
