About the Role
Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious and entrepreneurial Chief of Staff!
In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with our founder to create and execute our GTM and Product strategy at Stacks. 🧱 What You'll Do
Founder Partner
Act as a true extension of the founder, owning critical initiatives across strategy, GTM, and product execution
Help translate vision into priorities, clear tradeoffs, and executable plans
Pressure-test ideas, surface risks early, and ensure Stacks is always making the highest-impact bets
Strategy & Execution
Break down complex problems into structured frameworks, options, and decisions
Drive projects end-to-end, from market expansion and GTM execution
Collect data, customer insights, and internal signals to inform leadership decisions
Operational Excellence (Without Bureaucracy)
Turn complex initiatives into clear workstreams with owners, timelines, and decision points
Build lightweight systems and processes that improve speed, clarity, and accountability
Create momentum through sequencing, follow-through, and relentless prioritization
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
Operate seamlessly across Product, GTM, and Engineering
Identify bottlenecks early and unblock critical work fast
Strengthen leadership team effectiveness through cadence, and communication
