Your impact, if you choose to accept:
As a Clinical Support Specialist you will be setting up our clinicians for success and the patients to receive the high level of care we provide. This includes reviewing the next-day patient schedule of appointments to ensure all necessary registration information and documentation is in the system and up to date. You will work cross functionally to validate this and gather any missing data points or documentation for our in-home Sprinters or virtual providers to complete their visits. You will be working alongside our nursing team to call patients to ensure proper follow up care is received.
This is a new role and team we are creating to perform this important function.
The role is remote and requires a private work area due to privacy reasons around patient data. The work schedule may adjust at times to ensure we cover timezones across the country.
