About The Role:
As Sprinter Health expands its operations and establishes new partnerships with enterprises across the healthcare industry, we are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to drive our growth with patients and partners.
Candidate must be located in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas.
Candidates must have transportation to visit with our medical team in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential operational challenges and collaborate with senior team members to devise solutions, ensuring daily operations remain on track.
- Execute and enforce operational standards, policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies.
- Manage local supply, asset, and inventory, including receiving, counting, documenting, inventory deliveries, and preparing and packaging supplies for Sprinters.
- Train and support clinical staff on software platforms.
- Provide on-the-ground support for Sprinters and patients in the Atlanta, GA area.
- Assist in the local launch of new partnerships and services.
- Work with network and communication partners to continuously expand and enhance connectivity in remote areas.
- JMAF / Apple device management
Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment.
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
- JMAF / Apple device experience preferred
- Clinical Project Management
- Clinical / Medical operations experience
- Patient Engagement experience
- Must have car for travel
- Experience in tech support, including mobile endpoints - devices such as cell phones, tablets
