Key Responsibilities
- The ‘Next-Gen’ Workspace: Actively leverage AI tools (LLMs, automated synthesis, and AI-driven design) to accelerate the production of briefs, reports, and communications. You are expected to be an early adopter who uses technology to work with 10x efficiency
- High-Stakes Storytelling: Lead the production of sophisticated slide decks and visual narratives for Board meetings, QBRs, and external keynotes. You take the ‘rough notes’ from the CRO and VP of RevOps and turn them into world-class executive content
- Synthesis & Prep: Ensure the CRO is never ‘going in cold’. You will synthesise updates from across the business into concise daily briefings and preparation notes
- Ad-Hoc Strategic Analysis: Act as the first responder for the CRO’s analytical questions. You will dive into Salesforce and BI tools to provide immediate clarity on business performance, ensuring the CRO has real-time insights for decision-making
- Insight Activation: Partner with the Revenue Operations team to identify trends and anomalies, performing the initial ‘deep dives’ that allow the broader team to stay focused on long-term systemic improvements
- Execution Tracking: Attend leadership meetings to capture decisions and drive relentless follow-up. You ensure that action items are owned, tracked, and brought to completion without things falling through the cracks
- Rhythm of the Business: Support the VP of RevOps in managing the CRO’s operating rhythm (weekly cadences, planning cycles), ensuring all participants are prepared and outcomes are documented
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a proactive connector between the CRO’s office and the rest of the organisation to unblock projects and accelerate information flow
- This role features a formal dotted-line relationship to the VP of Revenue Operations. You will be integrated into the RevOps team and participate in their strategic meetings. This structure ensures you have:
- The Full Picture: Direct exposure to the ‘Right Hand’ of the CRO to understand the high-level strategy and systems thinking driving the company
- Professional Growth: Mentorship from the VP of RevOps to hone your operational craft and analytical skills
- Collaboration: A clear bridge between the CRO’s immediate needs and the organisation’s long-term revenue infrastructure
About You
- AI-First Mindset: You don't just use AI; you experiment with it to automate your own workflow and provide faster, better results
- Analytically Native: You have a high degree of comfort with data and can navigate CRM systems to find the ‘ground truth’ quickly
- Exceptional Designer: You have a ‘Board-level’ eye for deck design and can communicate complex ideas through simple, elegant visuals
- Highly Organised: You are the person who never misses a deadline and is known for ‘closing the loop’ on every conversation
Key Responsibilities
- 2–5 years of experience in Management Consulting, BizOps, RevOps, or as a Founder’s Associate
- Mastery of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality
- Ability to operate with high emotional intelligence and total discretion
