Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced & builder-type Account Executive to drive strategic growth across our business in the ASEAN region.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders - helping shape organizational capability development to build better software, faster; whether in greenfield or brownfield environments. You will help teams embark on their AI SDLC journeys, build trust for all code whether it's developer-written, AI-generated, or from third parties and build DevOps foundations to enable next-generation digital transformation & app modernisation.
You will lead end-to-end account ownership, from relationship development and opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales collaboration. Success in this role requires a combination of business acumen, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to translate AI and DevOps capabilities into tangible value for our clients.

    What You Will Do Daily:
    Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise clients, with a focus on expanding Sonar’s footprint supporting code quality & security and AI SDLC priorities.
    Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders - translating their business or policy objectives into actionable initiatives for capability development, designed to modernise and mature their DevOps foundations toward an Agentic, AI-driven model.
    Build and grow trusted relationships with C-level, innovation, and digital transformation leaders. Engage with queen bees or regulators to influence Sonar as a standard; as an independent verification layer for all code (human or machine generated).
    Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, multi-year modernisation programs, and pilot-to-scale AI initiatives.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams (solution engineering, technical advisory, product) to develop compelling proposals and ensure successful adoption of Sonar solutions.
    Maintain a strong understanding of AI SDLC trends, AI governance, and security frameworks applicable to regulated sectors (e.g., AI governance policies & frameworks such as OJK’s AI Ethics Code and POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2022).
    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor go-to-market messages and client presentations.
    Contribute to long-term client success through proactive engagement, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and ensuring measurable business impact.
    The Experience You Will Need:
    Speak business bahasa fluently.
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    8+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development, preferably in the Financial Services or CII Sector.
    Proven success in selling complex technology or DevOps solutions, ideally involving AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
    Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps lifecycle, and enterprise integration models.
    Ability to navigate procurement, compliance, and security processes within regulated industries.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences.
    Self-starter with a consultative sales mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
    Preferred Experience:
    Experience working with enterprise digital transformation initiatives, such as App Modernisation programs, DevOps Platforms, or AI governance frameworks.
    Background in AI services is a strong plus.
    Previous work with global technology providers and system integrators
