In this role, you can expect to
- Manage and oversee all low-touch, automated renewal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate renewal pipeline.
- Establish and communicate renewal quotes to customers through SFDC automation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Senior Renewal Specialists to address objections and adjust proposals when needed.
- Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales.
- Categorize effectively churn reasons, to ensure reporting accuracy. Share customer feedback and insights.
- Handle administrative tasks related to renewals, ensuring smooth processing across internal teams.
- Actively participate in process improvements, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up-to-date with accurate renewal data.
