The Job at a Glance

We are looking for an undergraduate or graduate student to support Soda Health’s Member Experience team. This intern will wear multiple hats and gain exposure to many areas of the business, with a focus on project coordination and version management across both new and renewing programs.

What You Will Do

Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the same. Typical responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support project management efforts across both new and renewing programs, ensuring timely development and delivery of communications and collateral
  • Use project management tools like Aproove to track timelines, manage due dates, and communicate updates to internal teams
  • Submit materials for translation and manage file versions across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the review and approval process
  • Work with designers and internal team to version templates for consistent communications across platforms including our CMS, consumer engagement tools, and traditional formats like Word and Miro
  • Track and organize highly versioned materials for multiple customers and plan types, maintaining clarity across program variations
  • Manage inventory levels of printed materials and coordinate reorders as needed
  • Coordinate collateral reviews with partners, including support for internal and state review processes
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation for stakeholders, including project schedules, review status, and final approved materials

  • Your experience will help you drive deliverables, maintain processes and tools, and continuously look for improvement to current processes in support of enterprise goals


Other Requirements

  • Travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs
  • Soda Health is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. Soda Health will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request
