We’re looking for a bold, commercially-minded Senior Manager to lead and inspire the Creative Strategy team across EMEA, driving how Snapchat’s creative solutions deliver measurable business results for advertisers across Europe and MENA. This leader will bring cultural fluency, strategic vision, and executive presence to clients and internal stakeholders alike, ensuring Snap’s creative ecosystem translates into platform-first, AI-enabled campaigns that perform across highly diverse markets.

As part of the Global Creative Strategy leadership team, you’ll guide a talented group of strategists, represent CS in senior regional and cross-functional conversations, and help shape how our global creative vision comes to life across EMEA. You’ll be a trusted partner to Sales leaders, a champion of creative excellence, and a catalyst for innovation that scales across regions and verticals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a multi-market team of Creative Strategists across Large Customer Solutions (LCS), including senior individual contributors.

  • Drive the execution of Snap’s global Creative Strategy vision across EMEA, adapting for regional market maturity, cultural nuance, and client sophistication.

  • Represent Creative Strategy in senior client and XFN forums, shaping commercial and creative narratives that elevate Snap’s role as a partner for growth.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to position CS as a driver of commercial outcomes across both brand and performance objectives.

  • Deliver bold, insight-led creative thinking that leverages Snap’s most innovative formats, AR capabilities, and AI tools.

  • Champion the adoption of AI-accelerated workflows, embedding smarter, faster, story-led creativity within team processes.

  • Build a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the development of scalable creative frameworks, playbooks, and reusable assets.

  • Establish clear systems and success metrics to enhance creative quality, delivery efficiency, and commercial impact across markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in people management.

  • Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple markets and deliver high-impact creative work.

  • Strong record of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting creative points of view with authority and clarity.

  • Deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing, with an ability to connect creative outputs to business outcomes.

  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation, translating global strategy into effective regional execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across agency, platform, and client-side environments

  • Understanding of creative measurement tools, brand lift studies, or performance optimisation frameworks.

  • Experience developing regional playbooks, enablement programmes, or creative operating models that scale impact.
