We’re looking for a Strategy & Analytics leader to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Partnerships team, you will lead a team that crafts and implements data-driven strategies to grow engagement and empower partners and creators on Snapchat. You’ll collaborate closely with various XFN stakeholders – Creator & Media Partnerships, Editorial, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Development – to help Snap's partners and creators find success in growing their engagement and business on Snapchat.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of strategists and analysts

  • Oversee and conduct quantitative analysis of user engagement to inform growth opportunities

  • Synthesize data analysis and market trends to form strategies that improve the health of our partner and creator ecosystems and then oversee implementation of those plans

  • Build and maintain strong XFN relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Present your team’s work to Snapchat leadership including C suite

  • Pitch projects, A/B tests, and product innovations designed to stimulate content engagement growth and partner success

  • Lead large, complex XFN initiatives that support and drive forward our creator ecosystem

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Direct experience managing high performing strategy and/or analytics teams

  • Extremely strong written and visual communication skills

  • Advanced experience in Excel and ability to translate data findings into digestible reporting for leadership

  • Ability to consolidate findings and communicate analysis to executives in a clear, concise and persuasive manner

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Bias for action

  • Great business judgment and intellectual curiosity

  • Have an open mind to pick up new analytical techniques as required

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, banking, internal strategy, quantitative analysis, or a related field

  • Ability to initiate and drive large complicated, XFN projects to completion with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing high performing teams

  • MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as; Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Sciences preferred

  • Prior experience with digital media, especially creator ecosystem

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
