The Senior Creative Producer will work closely with the APAC Creative Strategy and Sales teams, as well as external brands, agencies, and production vendors, to project manage exciting advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously.
The role is pre and post sale, focusing on high quality client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What you’ll do:
Oversee the Australia Creative Project Management pipeline
Project manage all creative production projects directly assigned to the large customer team
Build templates for creative timelines for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
Ensure prioritization of production strategy efforts
Collaborate with and manage external creative services partners on projects associated with a set client base in partnership with Creative Strategy
Manage client communication and client questions throughout development process
Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions
Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality
Manage budgets / internal funds
Work on projects with a specific scope, in addition to complex projects with unknown outcomes
Build productive working relationships with cross-functional teams
Ensure high benchmark of quality and outcomes from creatives produced by the team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
Experience in custom video shoots and AR production
Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced across multiple production disciplines (video, 3D, design, AR)
5+ years of experience working with advertising clients in a creative support function
Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
Candidate should possess strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
Some design experience working with editing tools including photoshop and illustrator or understanding of design file types
Proficient in Keynote
