We’re looking for an AR Platform Partnerships Lead to join Snap Inc! You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging partners and developers to build for our off-platform AR products, Camera Kit and Snapchat Cam, across priority verticals that enhance our platform. You’ll be a core part of the partnership team driving Snap AR’s platform in the real world, and work internally to influence & collaborate with cross functional teams such as Partnerships, Product, Partnerships, Global Brand Experience, and Strategy.
What you’ll do:
Drive the growth of Snap AR’s off platform products, Camera Kit and Snapchat Cam, with cross-functional partners, establish success criteria, and communicate key metrics that help us accomplish our strategic objectives
Manage the end-to-end of partner negotiations while collaborating with internal teams to develop processes for successful partnerships
Manage the business and technical requirements and scope from partners, focusing on maximizing the potential of Camera Kit and Snapchat Cam, and exploring opportunities for expansion or collaboration in new verticals
Develop and maintain partnerships for key Snap AR products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize engagement, and meet retention targets.
Work cross functionally to bring partners early access to platform technologies and features by effectively communicating and managing the relationship
Work in tandem with product and engineering teams to validate and influence the product roadmap based on partner needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Gather and provide feedback from partners and the market to inform product, customer segments, use-cases, and go to market strategies
Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy for Snap AR off-platform strategies
Stay up to date of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with stakeholders.
Strong partner management and analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally
Experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing deals, contracts, and partnerships that drive product growth.
Ability to interpret complex data and market research to drive informed business decisions and strategies with strategic thinking about product development
Working understanding of real-time 3D/AR engine software like Lens Studio, Unity, Unreal, etc. and/or 3D modeling and animation software like Maya, Blender, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in partnerships in high growth areas, broadcast or venues, or VR/AR
Willingness to travel, potentially both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients, partners, and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial spirit; Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain work environment

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
