We’re looking for a Sr. Client Partner of Advertising Solutions, to join team Snap in China! As a Sr. Client Partner of torso business, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue in your assigned regions. The role includes managing advertiser’s long-term relationship and internal resources, analyzing and supporting campaigns for them and building Snapchat’s reputation as a world class advertising platform through local marketing activations across your region.

What You’ll Do

  • Strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction

  • Set the strategy, accurately forecast and deliver impact across your portfolio of ecommerce market leaders

  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations, and product beta participation

  • Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize snapchat and adjust plans accordingly

  • Assist day to day operational support for advertisers, including managing ad rejection escalations, build audience engagement segments, trafficking ads using Snap’s internal tools and generating post-campaign reports

  • Identify, escalate and resolve client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 7 to 10 years in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising and/or equivalent digital marketing roles

  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape

  • Strong background/knowledge of ecommerce overseas business, knowledge of multi-site ecommerce will be a plus

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

  • Strong analytical skills with a “feel” for numbers

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape

  • Ability to engage and partner with C-Level/VP level sales partner executives

  • Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • A team player and collaborator

  • Passionate about Snapchat and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
